Succession Training provides vocational training and education for the civil construction industry in Brisbane, Rockhampton and throughout Queensland. We offer a method of training through theory and practical components, using on-site, classroom and online delivery.

ABOUT US
Why we started Succession Training
Whilst working in the industry, Brett Stoward and Tony Webb recognised a short fall in the way training was currently being provided to their clients, particularly the lack of control, flexibility and support for all involved.

Shortfalls included :

Our point of difference
Our point of difference is that we offer a flexible and holistic approach to training, essentially making us a one-stop shop for clients. If we do not have something on scope, we will endeavour to source it for our client.
We work closely with our clients to identify their training needs and establish any funding availability. We offer a full service where we take care of everything from developing the client-specific training program and ensuring we meet any relevant legislative requirements, to training our students and offering extensive online & face to face support to ensure their success.
Our strong relationships with both State and Federal Governments mean that we have access to unique funding opportunities, which allows us to offer a stress free and cost-effective solution for our clients to develop and train employees.
